Suite Pieces is a decorative paint boutique & vintage furnishings shop. We sell many lines of quality decorative paint products to transform your own pieces. We also carry vintage furnishings, some of which are perfectly aged while others are recreated by us with our multitude of decorative paint products. Lastly, we offer workshops & events to teach you different painting & crafting techniques.
We take customer service very seriously at Suite Pieces ; ) We want each one of our customers to be confident & excited about their purchases. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you might have about our products. We never want a can of our products sitting idle on a shelf! Feel free to stop by anytime for a demo or to be inspired by our wide array of sample boards & furniture pieces.
Return & Refund Policy
Jolie Matte Finish Paint quarts & samples, all waxes, topcoats & lacquer products as well as Artisan Enhancements & General Finishes are not exchangeable or returnable. In order to maintain the integrity of these products for all customers, we cannot exchange or return these products. Please be sure about your color & product choices before purchasing. We do offer color charts as well as a wide range of pictures of the paint & other products in each product card. If you are uncertain about your color choices, we do recommend that you visit one of our stores before your first purchase. We have a wide range of sample boards as well as furniture pieces done in many different colors & finishes.
If you are not completely satisfied with your decorative paint product or home decor, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to exchange your item(s) or return for store credit in the form of a SuitePieces.com gift card within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for special orders, items that have been and/or no longer in their original packaging, and other items listed above (ex. paint). For approved items, see below. Other exclusions may apply. Contact us at email@example.com for details. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of furniture or other large items.
Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges or credits will be issued for the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. Suite Pieces reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.
Other decorative paint products, such as stencils, hardware (excluding special order), brushes, books, cleaners & other unused tools are exchangeable & returnable for store credit within 30 days of purchase if still in original packaging. If purchased online, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Home decor, seasonal items & gifts are exchangeable & returnable for store credit within 30 days of purchase if still in original packaging. If purchased online, shipping charges will not be refunded.
To return an item(s): Contact us at Orders@suitepieces.com to begin. Customer is responsible for shipping and items need to be in their original condition. Send items properly packaged with order number written on the box to:

Vintage goods & art work are not exchangeable or returnable due to their one of a kind nature.
Workshops & Events: ALL deposits and purchases of workshops and events are non-refundable. Purchases of workshops & events can be transferred to store credit only with the following terms. If Suite Pieces is required to postpone a class due to low attendance or any other uncontrollable circumstances, you can apply the credit toward any future class OR as store credit toward any Suite Pieces products (this credit does not apply to merchandise from “The Shops” or “The Studios” in our flagship Huntington store).
If you are unable to attend a workshop or event that you have signed up for, you may use the purchase price as store credit, or towards the purchase of another workshop or event. If attendee cancels within 24 hours of an event, the attendee will only be permitted to pick up pre-made supplies (does not include paint, brushes, etc.) to complete at home or may schedule an appointment to come in and complete the craft during normal business hours.
Private Classes & Events: All terms for workshops & events apply to private classes. In addition, to book a private class or workshop the host must guarantee 15 people minimum. If the host fails to have a total of 15 people but has 8 or more people, the host is responsible to pay for the additional seats and the party will continue at its designated time. If the host fails to have a total of 15 people, at a week out of the event, but has 7 or less, the party will not be held at its designated time, but rescheduled for during business hours OR the attendees will be able to pick up all the supplies (minus the paint and brushes), and take home the craft as a kit.
Custom Order: All custom ordered & personalized items are non-refundable. If you need to edit the order you must do so within two hours of placing the order.
Damaged Items & Missing Items
If you receive an item from us and it is damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours to let us know of the damage. You can email pictures of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org We will refund your item and send you a new product as long as it is available. If we are not contacted within 48 hours we cannot refund the purchase.
We ship all packages via UPS ground. Any orders received before 3pm will usually ship the same day. Those within close vicinity to our store should receive your products the next day (UPS does not deliver on weekends). If you need special shipping requirements, such as Next Day Air or via another carrier, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please call us @ 631-560-9759 to speak with us.
All orders will ship within 48 hours unless the products are back ordered. You will be notified if any of your products are not in stock.
Please note, Chalk Paint® & Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint products are only allowed for sale in the United States. If your address is out of the country and your order contains these items, we will remove these items from your order and ship the remaining items. We will also contact you via email to alert you.
